HOLIDAY INFORMATION (Not Part of Contract)

LUGGAGE

We ask you to keep luggage down to one medium sized suitcase per person, but a small holdall can also be taken on board the coach.

All baggage and personal belongings are carried at owners risk and the Company will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage except where such loss or damage is caused by the proven negligence of the Company's employees.  May we draw your attention to the fact that soft suitcases are more susceptible to damage without any negligence on the part of our staff.

SPECIAL NEEDS
Unfortunately, many hotels overseas do not provide adequate facilities for guests with mobility problems or who suffer from other disabilities.  But whether you are planning a holiday overseas or in the UK, please notify us before you book if you or any member of your party has special needs or suffers from any disability.

We are keen to plan arrangements for your holiday so that special needs and requests can be accommodated as far as possible.  If you will need assistance or special facilities in the hotel, or may have difficulties in taking part in excursions or boarding and travelling on the coach or other means of transport you must let us know in advance.  Not all the holidays in this brochure maybe suitable for you.  We want you to enjoy your holiday and will try to help you select an appropriate trip.  If you need advice or further information contact a member of our reservation staff at our Travel Centre in Flint.

We will accept lightweight wheelchairs for travel subject to them being able to be folded and stowed away in the luggage hold of the coach.

WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT:

WHEELCHAIRS which are over 15 kg in weight and battery powered SCOOTERS of any description.

Should you wish to hire a wheelchair or scooter in resort our office staff maybe able to furnish you with details.

Our drivers will be happy to provide general assistance to passengers but will not be expected to:

(i)   provide assistance that extends to the bodily lifting and carrying of any passengers on and off the coach
(ii)    undertake any action that may put their health, safety, welfare or the legal requirements for a break in duty
     at risk.
(iii)    Drivers cannot act as carers for passengers at departure, during the journey or on arrival at destination.

Full details of all overnight hotels can be obtained from our office in Flint when booking.

FEEDER COACHES
With the major tour companies you sometimes have to wait for feeder coaches.  In most cases with JONES
HOLIDAY TOURS
you will be picked up by your tour coach.  On some tours, we have to use a feeder coach or car but there will be no long waits and all luggage would be handled by our staff.

MEALS
All tours are dinner and breakfast unless otherwise stated in the tour description.

PUNCTUALITY
Passengers are asked to be punctual at all times.  Times will be given by your driver/courier.  The driver will only permitted fifteen minutes waiting time.

DOOR TO DOOR CONDITONS

  • (A)This free service is provided on all tours of 5 days or more and CITO tours
  • from within the designated pick-up area.  If you live outside the pick-up area and you still wish a door-to-door pick-up we may still be able to offer this service for a supplement.  Please contact our Travel Centre for further details.
  • (A)All addresses must be given at the time of booking, any changes made to the
  • arrangement later than 14 days prior to departure will be considered anannulment to your booking and will be subject to an administration charge of £5.
  • (A)This service is not available to passengers booking with 14 days of departure.
  • (B)Because of space restrictions, passengers are reminded that they can take one
  • medium suitcase per person.  If you wish to take additional luggage e.g.wheelchairs or walkers THIS MUST BE PUT ON THE BOOKING FORMat the time of booking the holiday.(E)This free service will be mainly operated by our fleet of minibuses and cars, but from time to time hired taxis' maybe used.
  • (F)       You will be required to share this service with other passengers.
  • (G)       All passengers are requested to be ready at the given time of pick-up to enable
  • a smooth running and effective operation.
